The company D-Link has released a new home video surveillance camera. The novelty is called HD PoE Outdoor Cloud Camera ( DCS-2310L ).
D-Link DCS-2310L uses streaming video 720p, and instead of Wi-Fi supports Ethernet interface. The video is recorded at 1280 x 720 or 1280 x 800. The information is saved on the microSDHC memory card and automatically duplicated to an external network storage.
Thanks to the built-in speaker and microphone this model supports two-way communication. For low light conditions, infrared illumination is provided.
The camera is equipped with a lens with a fixed focal length of 3.45 mm f / 2.0 and a housing that meets the IP-65 standard (protection from water, rain and dust). The motion sensor installed on the front of the camera activates the automatic recording function.
You can control the camera remotely using the iPhone, iPad or Android device. The cost of the novelty is 394 dollars.
