The Japanese developed an ultra high resolution image sensor

Japanese company Technos has shown a high-precision neurovisual sensor Super5000K 7K for industrial systems of visual observation. The sensor is able to detect objects with a size of 0.05 mm from a distance of 2 m in the field of view of 1.4 m. The resolution of the new module is 1000 times higher than the resolution of CCD sensors (4,000 pixels) and 4000 times for sensors used in Full HD chambers.

Super5000K 7K sensor has ultra-high speed and accuracy. The sensor works on the principle of the human eye, surpassing the last one by a factor of 100, which gives it the ability to distinguish between color changes.

The cost of the system in the minimum configuration starts at $ 240,000. Depending on the configuration, its price can go up to 730 000 dollars. In the list of potential buyers Technos has already contributed 240 companies. In a year it is planned to sell about 10 such modules.
