Sony is expanding its line of budget cameras Cyber-Shot WX with two new models WX70 and WX50. Both cameras received a 16.2-megapixel EXMOR R CMOS sensor and the ability to shoot video at 1080p HD. Plus, both support Sony's "Extra High Sensitivity" technology, which promises to reduce noise thanks to a new technology for processing image layers.
New Cyber-Shot WX supports the function of 5-fold optical zoom with a wide angle of 25 mm. The WX70 has a larger 3.0-inch touch screen (921 thousand pixels), while his brother got a normal screen with a diagonal of 2.7 inches. Optical image stabilization SteadyShot should help to combat camera shake during shooting.
As for the price, the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX50 and DSC-WX70 will cost about $ 200 and $ 230 respectively. The sale is scheduled for March this year.
