New Sony α77 camera will get OLED viewfinder

According to preliminary information from unofficial sources, the Sony α77 camera, the appearance of which is expected in July, will receive an electronic viewfinder based on the OLED type display. The resolution of the screen created from organic light-emitting diodes will make 3 Mp.

According to this indicator, the novelty will exceed the resolution of the viewfinder of the currently produced Sony α55 and α33 models by more than 2 times. Their viewfinders have a resolution of 1.4 megapixels, and only 1.1 megapixels are used to frame the frame. To fully imagine the features of the new development of Sony, we recall that for creating high-definition video 1080p (Full HD) cameras with a resolution of only 2 megapixels are used.
