Sony DSC-TX5 on the way

In front of you, another compact camera from the family Sony TX - model DSC-TX5. Although this camera belongs to the category of point-and-shoot (compact cameras), it differs not only in a particularly thin case, but also with a number of remarkable functionalities that will surely be appreciated by fans of digital photorating properly.

According to preliminary data provided by Engadget, Sony DSC-TX5 is made in a waterproof case. In continuous shooting mode, this camera can shoot up to 10 photos per second. Other features include high light sensitivity, the ability to record video in 1080p resolution in MPEG-4 format or 1080i in AVCHD format at 60 frames per second. Still note that this camera will support SD memory cards, not MicroStick.

In our opinion, this is more than enough for most lovers of digital photography. As expected, this model will be officially presented at the exhibition PMA '10 this summer.
