Lumix GH1 launch date announced

According to some independent experts, it is clearly superior to the Canon Rebel T1i in video quality. It was first demonstrated at the Photo Marketing Association (PMA) 2009 exhibition, and is currently the second camera in the world that uses Micro Thirds optics. Moreover, it is also notable for the fact that it can shoot video in 1080p resolution at a speed of 24 cards per second. As a camera, this model is able to provide very high quality photos.

Apparently, Panasonic is ready to bring the Lumix GH1 to the market. As it became known, yesterday the Japanese company announced that this camera will be launched for sale on April 24 at a price of 1,535 US dollars. The package also includes a lens 14-140 mm, which is optimized for video shooting.

The camera will be available in black, blue, red and gold colors. It is not yet known when the sale of Lumix GH1 will begin in Europe.
