Olympus Introduces New DSLR Camera

Olympus photo maker introduced its new budget DSLR camera. The new E-450 will be a replacement for the E-420 - the novelty is equipped with a 10-megapixel sensor and a TruePic III + graphics processor. The sensitivity of the camera ranges from 100 to 1600 ISO, and the shooting speed is 3.5 frames per second, while the buffer saves up to 8 frames in RAW format at the same time.


The novelty has three “artistic” filters: - Pop Art, Soft Focus and Pin Hole, as well as an improved Live View mode, in which the function of face recognition and shadow compensation appeared. Among other interesting features, an auto dust cleaning mechanism, support for CF and xD format cards, as well as remote flash synchronization are noteworthy. Sales of E-450 will begin in May in three basic versions that differ lenses. Price novelty is still unknown.
