Samsung introduces SMX-C10 and SMX-C14 cameras

Samsung has updated its line of camcorders, presenting the SMX-C10 and SMX-C14. Both new products have a function Touch of Color, which is a color display on the body, smoothly changing from black to red. New items also have a slanted Active Angle lens like a HD-camera HMX-R10, which allows to keep the camera in a more natural (for the hand) position.

The cameras provide 10x optical zoom, have a slow motion mode, and also support the H.264 format, which facilitates editing video in various applications like iMovie. New items have special buttons for direct sending YouTube videos, but it is not known whether this requires the launch of the operating system. The difference between the presented cameras is that, unlike the C10, which relies only on the slot for SD and SDHC memory cards, the C14 has an integrated 16GB drive. Both new items will go on sale in July.
