What you see in the photo is nothing more than the newest wearable video camera from VholdR - ContourHD. If you believe its manufacturer, this is the world's first video camera of this class that can shoot video in high definition (HD) resolution, but only 720p. In addition, it can be attached to a helmet or glasses, and it does not need to be held to shoot.
It is worth noting that the ContourHD still boasts a waterproof case. As a camcorder, this model is able to shoot video in 720p (HD Ready) and SD (standard definition) resolution at 30 and 60 frames per second, respectively.
By the way, the camera has an expansion slot for microSD memory cards with a capacity of up to 16 GB and a highly sensitive recording key that allows you to shoot on the go. Other design features include a built-in microphone, protection from vibrations and external shocks, as well as a hinged mount that allows you to rotate the camera 192 degrees. As stated, ContourHD can run on battery for up to 8 hours. The package includes a program Easy Edit for video editing.
ContourHD costs $ 300. This model will be available in May in the online store VholdR.
