The Casio EXILIM EX-Z20 Doraemon comes with an 8.1-megapix CCD sensor, 38-114 mm lenses with triple optical zoom function, 12.4 megabytes of internal memory, a 2.6-inch display, and a MMC / SD / SDHC memory card slot. In addition to photography, the camera supports recording video in H.264 / AVC format with a resolution of up to 848 × 480 pixels.
