Fujitsu Siemens has started selling a zero watt monitor

Fujitsu Siemens spent a lot of time on its SCENICVIEW Premium Line ECO line, but it still went on sale. Announced today 20-inch P20W-5 ECO and 22-inch P22W-5 ECO are declared as the first monitors on the planet, which automatically switch to energy saving mode. If the monitor is inactive, then it does not use a single watt, although most screens require "recharge" even in sleep mode.

New monitors will be distinguished by the DisplayView AutoBright technology, which automatically sets the brightness in accordance with the ambient light, in order not to burn kilowatts too. Both monitors are already available in Europe for $ 625. Next month there will be 24- and 26-inch models.
